If you break a foot bone are you upset when you have to have a cast and use crutches where some people can get by on a walking boot?

It's a medical situation and some people have things easier and some will have it worse. I can't imagine wasting any energy on resenting people who had it easier.

It's funny you say that. The acronym was around long before any social media was around. People were talking about Sampras and Graf being GOATs back in the 90s and 80s respectively (Sampras after his 6th straight year of being year end #1, Graf after her Golden Slam in 88).
