If there is noise, complain about the noise. If there are odors, complain about the odors. Same with animal waste. But if you don't like the look of what your neighbor is doing on their own property, you need window treatments. May I suggest plantation shutters?


+1 Or a therapist to deal with the delusions of grandeur you seem to have from attending Northwestern and UC.

does boston, chicago, columbus, pittsburgh, nyc, and philadelphia allow backyard chickens? if not, Bowser is keeping with the norm. if you want farm animals, move to rural or suburban Md or Va. seriously, some of you people are absolutely ridiculous. Just because it's the trendy thing to do, doesn't mean it's needs to be done.

Dumb law. I've kept chickens too, inherently they're no more of a nuisance than other pets.
