Why do you "need" to do this in two weeks? No, I don't think it would be healthy for you to lose 10 lbs in 2 weeks. It would be primarily water weight anyway. Like anything, weight loss takes consistent effort, especially those last few lbs.

Come on OP. There is no magic bullet. You have to put the work in. You didn't gain 10 pounds in 2 weeks and certainly aren't going to lose it in 2 weeks.
Instead:
Get a nice swimsuit that you can feel comfortable in today.
Make a plan to work-out for 4 days a week. By working out, you should be working out at a level where you would struggle to have a conversation for 30 minutes.
Get an app to track your food. Many people here like MyFitnessPal. Log every.single.bite. Weigh and measure your food so you know exactly what's going in. Saying that you're "eating decent" isn't going to cut it. Once you log your food, you'll have a more realistic idea of what's really going in your mouth and where you might cut back.
Good luck. You can do this. Not in 2 weeks, but definitely in 2 months. That's doable.
