Not for PK3 you didn't. We were #4 and ended up at #10. Never budged after that. I'm sure all the waitlist offers were made to siblings of accepted kids only.

At dc bilingual? The chart online says only 2 kids were offered spots off the WL by October.
What grade? I was in the teens for PK3, moved down a little, then moved up a little. Ended in the same spot.

Yes, I must be misreading the charts as well because the numbers I see are all under 10 and that's inconsistent with what we're reading here.
