I've been married for 13 years and lost 3 rings. 6 years ago I just stopped wearing it and never replaced it. If I ever do, it will cost about $50 max.

I don't know why it even matters. When you get pregnant one day, your rings likely won't fit. What will your parents think then?

What are you 12 years old and mom and dad will grill you? He lost is, end of the story. I haven't worn my wedding ring for 20 some years. I have an allergy to metal. Nobody cares, only you care and are freaking out for some reason.

What does it matter? My husband doesn't even wear his. Sometimes I don't feel like wearing mine either. It's nobody's business. It says nothing about our marriage.

Stand up to your parents. The ring matters no more than your wedding pictures. You're still married without them!

Why can't you just say "DH misplaced his wedding ring; I didn't want you to think we're having marriage probelms and not telling you or anything."

Amazon Prime. DH's ring(s) have all come from there - $20 - $30. No biggie.

Also my parents wouldn't even notice this. But sounds like its important to you.
