Did you really fing ask him if he's gay because of erectile issues? SMH

I responded below, and agree with this. The cialis I got was the daily use, but I only use it for sexy time. Its about 1/5th the dose but for me its more than enough to go from 3/4 mast to full for a day or two. It's probably all he needs, assuming there aren't underlying cardiac issues.

Um, some men are secretly gay. If she asked, it's probably because deep down she suspects.

Wow, some terrible advice.

Have an honest conversation with him. He may be relieved to talk about the elephant in the room.

I am 42, and I had mild problems. Most of the time, I could perform, but sometimes I had trouble maintaining and finishing. I am in good shape, normal testosterone, but a little low on the thyroid. Point being, it could be an underlying medical issue and he should get a full panel done. But it could be just early aging down there - my doc said about 30% of men at age of 40 have issues and more than half by age 50.

I got on low dose cialis, and it really makes a huge difference. Erections are bigger, thicker but more importantly they are effortless so now we can both really enjoy sex without the pressure of worrying about something quitting on you. I think my wife knew something was off, it was actually awkward for me to suggest it, but I think she was thrilled that issue is out of the way.

I think you be frank with him. That's tactful enough. Tell him to see a doctor for his enjoyment.

33 is young. Is he masturbating or watching porn to excess?

We had problems with porn use 10 years ago. I would like to say it isn't a problem now but who knows?

He did smoke but that was a good 12 years ago.

He should see a doctor; could be many things--arteries, etc!

Get his T levels tested. Best to get multiple tests. I had low T in my 30s but didn't even know it.

Ask him to see a urologist. He needs to lose weight and build up muscles. Testosterone deficiency happens in overweight men.

Just ask.

There could be other factors. At 46, my DH ran into some of these issues. He reduced stress, got more sleep, made dieatary changes, found a decent multivitamin, and started kegels. It's been all systems go since then. He swears by the kegels. There might be something to look into before taking the step of telling a guy that he needs a blue pill.
