I saw the light last year. Went from blue to red. Took a lot but illegal immigration pushed me over the edge.

You moved states? That's a bit extreme.

So they like the $18,000. per year cost of educating each of their children? Ok.

That report references two from liberal cities. Hardly "many, many" And the claims of less crime is not backed-up by data - the opposite.

I'll concede my link is problematic if you do the same.

"For this report, I only dealt with crime stats as the criteria."

1. bar police statewide from checking the immigration status of individuals they arrest or 2. from stopping an individual for the purposes of suspected immigration violations. 3. The bill would also prevent police from detaining these individuals longer than otherwise warranted at the request of federal agents seeking to deport them.

I agree with #2 only. Police shouldn't be using racial profiling to stop "suspected illegal immigrants". How can you tell just by looking whether someone is one?

#1 - only if they do so with *everyone* they stop and not just those with brown skin and/or with accents
#3 - totally disagree with

Police should not cooperate with other agencies whose job is to enforce laws. Sure that makes sense and efficient use of taxpayers money.
