For girls, I love a "A Little Princess " (1995)

Babe
Princess Bride
Enchanted
ET
Mrs. Doubtfire
Harry Potter
Big
National Velvet (oldie)
Karate Kid

Two underrated movies we like:

Nim's Island

Tintin (nobody seems to have seen it but it's a good adventure and gorgeously animated)

Also: Any Muppets movie , especially the two recent ones. Funny to older kids and adults, not just young kids. DD is a teen but all of us love them, especially "Muppets: Most Wanted." Hmmm... Think I'll go put that one on while I do some chores!

My kids think Back to the Future is stupid - it's pretty out of date. Your others are good.

My kids also like

the Martian

Star Trek

Hoosiers

Mission Impossible
