I'm just going to state the obvious: thd Beatles.
And I'll illustrate.
My mom was a teen during the British Invasion. Without going to stand outside concerts or anything she was a huge fan. Stayed with them through her first years of motherhood. Though she tells me, they got a little druggy/weird once my third was born. Ha ha.
I love them. As anyone would. 32. An old boyfriend of mind was a legit fan and knew it all. He introduced me to the ones I didn't know. The ones my mom didn't like! But his parents were younger and liked the later era.
I've introduced my dd5, and she often requests Twist and Shout, Yelliw submarine, and Blackbird. I told her that grandma listened to it when she was young, and DD was astounded by that fact!
