Newflash. And that is why ECUSA is a dying church. Less than 1.4M attend nationally on Sundays. Read up on wiki. Before Bishop Schori was fired she had to sell off all the departing churches as well as the NY headquarters just to cover costs. This is why national cathedral cannot make necessary repairs.
Good point. Mainline Protestantism is shrinking rapidly. I wouldn't be surprised if it became obsolete in our lifetimes.
