OP here. No, not that I know of. I have regular, light periods with no pain/no cramps. I have never had abdominal surgery. My GYN did not think I have endo.

Go with the donor before you get any older, but get the mild immune problem addressed before you transfer. DE is too expensive to waste embryos on a failed implantation.

OP here. It's been 27 cycles, not a single BFP. I feel like it's time to move on. I turn 39 soon. But I am scared to close the door on my own genetics forever. My husband's sperm is fine.

OP here. I have done 3 IUI with Gonal and only made 2 eggs (350 Gonal).

I did one IVF that was converted to IUI. Only made 2 eggs.

I am not interested in more IVF cycles.

OP here. I have been tested for immune issues and found to have immune issues (mild). However, RE feels that my low AMH is a much bigger problem in my lack of getting pregnant than my immune issues.

Have you ever been tested for immune issues? The fact that you've never had a BFP in 2.5 years at your age is highly suspicious for an implantation problem. I wouldn't go forward with an expensive donor cycle before getting an immune panel and possibly also a beta-3 integrin test.

Take the plunge! The longer you wait the harder everything is--believe me. You want to have kids while you still have some enough energy--I waited until I was 41 and I'm exhausted chasing after my 2 DE kids!!!!

Nope, I can see myself feeling like this by the end of this year, but not just yet.

After a 2.5 year struggle with infertility, I have found the perfect egg donor. It's time to make a decision whether or not to proceed, and I am getting cold feet. My own eggs are old and of poor quality (DOR). But it's really hard to close the door on your own genetics forever. Anyone else feel the same way? I guess I am hoping that there is some chance in the future I could get pregnant with my own eggs, even though I've never been pregnant even once in 2.5 years of TTC.
