Not sure what is current policy, but it used to be 1:2. They also had some guarantied return plan (which is nice)
Downside - employee contribution was fixed and mandatory (no option to opt out nor max it).

I had an interview with the MoCo Government on Monday. I have no idea if I will get the job, but wanted to know more about what benefits are offered (I asked at the interview, and they said HR would be able to answer that later). I would probably stay on my DH's medical insurance, because that is already good.

Can someone tell me what the retirement plan is? Do they match, and if so, how much? Is it a pension?
How many vacation/sick days do you get?
Other perks?
