Is Harper into Paleo? Jillian Michaels has gotten heat for being anti-Paleo. She follows a more Michael Pollan-esque diet recommendation. Eat mostly plants, eat real high quality food, some meat and diary is fine, but plants - all plants (including non or minimally refined grains) are your friend.

Lest someone take this as a suggestion not to exercise... sometimes it's in your genes. You can reduce/delay your risk, but even if you do everything right, you can still collapse and die from a sudden, major heart attack.
