Yes, my closest girlfriends and I do talk about our sex lives. Everything from "is it normal that he wants to try this?" to "OMG I just read about this, what do you think?" Occasionally, the convos can turn explicit, especially if we are trying to figure out if we are doing something right or if there's a reason we may not be enjoying something we "think" we should be enjoying. I'd venture to say no topic is too taboo in our circle and it helps being able to have people to talk to that aren't your partner.

Guy here - almost never. I have one very close friend who I might joke with about "what happened last night" but that's it. I certainly never complain because I have nothing to complain about.

Not really. I have one co worker who is a very close friend and sometimes we discuss things very generally...more as it relates to the relationship each of us is in. Never anything explicit. I agree that it is a little disrespectful to the spouse; I just believe some things should be kept between two people.

I actually think it's disrespectful to spouses. Wouldn't want my DH doing it.

I have a friend who likes to discuss her sex life with me and I don't really mind, I guess I just have never felt comfortable sharing that aspect of my life and assumed people don't want to hear about it.
