I just got an emoji print bed sheet for my kid for $20 @ target. Totally worth to toss out puke covered sheets and replace. It's not that big of an expense.
If op is talking about a few spots of puke, then no, obviously don't toss, but her post makes it sound like there's a lot of puke if the smell is so bad she has to post askin how to get it out.
