I bought a pair of betabrand. They felt and looked great. But they were low cut in the butt area which took away from the comfort and limited what I could wear with them. I'm a size 12ish, and my biggest problem area is my butt. If you struggle with plumber crack no matter what size yout are, these aren't really for you.

Can those of us who are overweight get away with wearing those?

Those don't really look like yoga pants in the picture. They have belt loops and a button.

I think the J. Crew Pixie pant is essentially a dress yoga pant.

Bonus points for making my non-existent butt pop.

But no, you need to be at least mid 60s and through menopause and just over the tight waists of clothes to wear these as anything other than sweats

No idea what this person is talking about. I'm young and wear these to work: https://www.betabrand.com/collections/dress-pant-yoga-pants-collection/womens-black-straight-fit-dress-pant-yoga-pants.html

+1 these are great. Person you quoted is clueless.

Yes the Betabrand pants are awesome. The material is thick and flattering. They are well-made and DO NOT look like yoga pants when you're wearing them. I would definitely recommend them. And they do have sales/promo codes, just check on Facebook and sign up for their emails.

has anybody purchased the Rekucci pants on Amazon? They get significantly better reviews than the beta brand and cost half the price. Thanks!

The only time I wore them to work was my last two months of my pregnancy in Boston in the winter with maternity tunics over them. I can't think of any other excuse to wear them in an office setting.

I don't know about them, but I have a well-dressed friend who showed me she was wearing "LL Beane yoga pants" as part of her sweater jacket/infinity scarf/cute flats work outfit. I wish I had paid more attention to the details of the pants because I bought a few pants from LLBeane trying to replicate the look but I think I got the wrong ones. Or, that I wear all my pants too baggy.

I think I have a pair of these, or similar, and they are awesome. As long as you wear a sweater or shirt to cover the stretchy top and can pull off a tight butt, they are great. You need to make sure they have pockets or seams as normal pants do.

My chiropractor wears something like this for appointments. She looks awesome.

Report back if you find out! I just ordered every different style from llbean and landsend. Hoping to find at least one good one.

Keep seeing ads online. I'm sure they are comfy, but can you really wear them to work?
