OP:
I don't know where this "Trump will be impeached" nonsense originated but I've heard friends mention it too. There's no way in hell that he'll be impeached by a Republican Congress. The Republican electorate would destroy the House of Representatives.

Thread is about his obvious personality disorder. If you can watch him yammer about a standing ovation as big as Peyton manning and not thinkbthere is something profoundly wrong with the man, I think there might not be any hope for you.

I think a civilian is "calling it" because the code of ethics for practitioners prohibits them from diagnosing someone they haven't personally examined. The Atlantic actually did post an article in the last day or two by a psychologist who goes ahead anyway.

But, yes, it's been very obvious all along.

Trump is our president, he works for us. It is normal that we are concerned by his erratic behavior. If he had released a credible medical assessment, we might not be speculating about Alzheimer's, bc we would have factual information.

On the NPD: other countries, including Russia, have doubtless prepared psychological assessments of Trump. They know how to manipulate him, so that's a real national security vulnerability for our nation.

Lots of us are concerned. I fact, everybody's talking about it.

+1
It's not one poster, it's all of us.

It's just a matter of time. Plus, he'll take credit for the massive crowd at the funeral.

So is not just the entire nation, but some of his closest staff.

If you read the article, you'll see how his behavior fits with a NPD mental illness. It's probably not Alzheimer's (or maybe he has both), but it's definitely NPD. Explains all the grandiose thinking and refusal to believe that anyone, especially a BLACK man could have larger crowds than he at his inauguration!! Narcissists thrive on chaos, can't get enough attention, etc. I think Trump believes his delusions (that he's drawn the largest crowds of anyone in history) because they feed his NPD needs. A real sicko. But narcissists are charming and they are good at reading what people want to hear -- he's a needy 6 year old in a 70 year old's body.

If he gets any more worked up about the election results, he's going to have an aneurism. I heard he was yelling at the National Parks Service chief to go find him pictures that proved the crowds were bigger.

...by this article in the Daily Kos:

http://www.dailykos.com/stories/2017/1/26/1625715/-Here-s-what-s-psychologically-wrong-with-Donald-Trump

People on this board have said he has Narcissistic Personality Disorder, but this article spells it out clearly.

It explains a lot about his bizarre behavior.

Spicer, Conway and Bannon are trying to normalize his NPD outbursts.

Let's place bets on how long Trump lasts:
I say 60 days, tops.

Pence will be President. A new set of problems to deal with, but at the very least the man is NOT mentally ill.

Read the symptoms. They fit Trump to a T and explain everything.
