If they pull all federal funding, that impacts Title 1, FARMS, ,IDEA funds, and more.

It's Piney Branch Road, first of all. And second of all, there is a small stretch of it that is heavily hispanic. The middle part of the white high-isn income part of Takoma Park that is adjacent to the historic district, and the bottom part is in DC and is heavily black and/or gentrifying.

So...it looks like AMERICA's demographics do? Is that your point?

Montgomery County might not be officially a SC but nobody told Silver Spring and Langley Park that they weren't. Go visit Piney Branch Blvd, you might not find a legal citizen.
