Here's the rest of the cluster. As the PP said, it's in line with the schools in the cluster where Apartments and Condos weren't zoned into the neighboring ES cachement.

Ashburton: 11.8
Garrett Park: 16.3
Farmland: 7.3
Wyngate < 5
