A 2 yr old throwing a toy, particularly in a new environment, is going to be an issue? Geez, that seems like normal behavior, at least on occasion. And some trouble separating at a new place with new people is normal. Kids that age often have issues with transitions to a new room within the school. Are they expecting totally compliant drones or normal toddlers?
