I never had any real objections to Sessions. I think the worst thing to say about him was that he was one of the very first (perhaps the first?) Trump supporters, from the very beginning. Shows questionable judgment. Beyond that, he seems like a qualified candidate.

Trump proclaimed they would happen in his campaign. I am glad Sessions said he would not participate in any pursuance of such.

Yes, thought that was interesting. He also seemed to suggest that Hyde Amendment funds would remain available to victims of rape and sex trafficking.

Orrin Hatch currently bloviating. The Feinstein questioning took an interesting turn with the letter from the law professors from every state with a law school stating a lack of confidence in his stance on civil rights.
