This. I love the gossip sites.

I also like crazydaysandnights.net and dlisted.com.

I used to like blindgossip.com but it seems to have been taken over by Rupert Murdoch types, and seems to be getting into politics a lot, especially hating on the Obamas and Clintons, which is weird for a mostly celebrity gossip site.

I recently re-wrote my personal constitution - I have almost totally censored myself from reading/following any political news. I'd become a junkie.

I've really been enjoying the change - my reading palate includes a lot more science, entertainment, DIY, relationship stuff, community, and sports. But I can't seem to find much on the levity side, except for The Onion. I do enjoy reading that! Are there any other sites similar to The Onion that I'm missing?
