OP here. I've been before, as in 6 times so I don't need to go "alone" again. The point if the trip was to have all the kids/grandparents together and enjoy it before our kids age out. I may suggest pushing it back to may just so more folks can go. If that doesn't work I'll find somewhere else to go with my immediate family that isn't the mouse house.

Go when you want to go.

Stand up to her and do what you want to do.

But if you go along, DON'T complain. Because you lost your right to do so. If you go along, that is YOUR choice.

Go alone. Disney is hard with a group because it so big and there's so much to do and everyone wants to do different things. Travel can be a mess for kids with schedules screwed up, needing naps etc, it's just really hard to actually have fun and do stuff together. We have gone to busch gardens with cousins and disneyland with my best friends family and each time I wish we had just done our own thing. Cousins took forever getting out the door for busch gardens, then they wanted to spend hours in the arcade there while our kids wanted to go on rides. At Disney, my best friend's daughter was scared of rides and needed to nap but my kids napped later and it was just hard to actually do anything together. It's fun to stay at a hotel and play at the water park, but she is already causing you stress. How will you feel if the night of your long-planned dinner with the princesses she decides her kids want hot dogs instead and bails? Or insists on going on one more ride and makes you miss your reservation?

Go with siblings/grandparents and cousin can go on her own.

I assume PP meant without--in that case I agree. Cousin might be mad, but can't reasonably expect everyone to keep adjusting to his/her every whim. It's not like a laid back drive to the shore. It's a trip that requires flights, hotels, pretty involved meal planning, and admission tickets. They'll just have to understand.

I can relate. The point of the trip was to go with family and with every change the cousin makes, more people drop out. I would call those that are still interested in the current arrangement and tell them to book. Ignore cousin..

Long story short we've been trying to organize a family trip to the land of the mouse for a solid 2 years. This past summer we finally got everything set with dates and had a group of 12 going. First issue was my cousin changed the hotel because of a special discount she could get. Initially annoyed but fine we were all still gonna have a good time. Dining reservations were made. Slowly but surely some folks dropped out, we knew they would. Cousin had changed the dates for all of us because of another family commitment.

Now for the kicker, 50 days before the trip said cousin is now changing the dates again due to said family commitment that we previously worked around. The trip is now down to 6 people and I'm just so annoyed! There's lots of other little details I'm leaving out but I'm on my phone and needed to vent.
