I'd say that GMU and MWC are reaches with a 3.4 UW. Longwood, CNU (may also be a reach), JMU, VT. I know nothing about Radford other than its old old old women's college rep, but I'd guess it's an option too.

We have not considered out of state as we thought costs would be higher everywhere.

Is the GPA at the end junior year? My DC had around a 3.8 weighted at the end of junior year (a 3.99 at end of senior year) and got into Virginia Tech Engineering. His SATs were the reverse.
