OP, you need to understand that the schools themselves don't know. They can try to forecast it, but it is just how many IB students get in, and then siblings of OOB students in the upper grades would have preference too, so there are a lot of variables. They don't set aside a specific number of spots for OOB. It just happens if it happens. I know for a fact that Seaton and Cleveland took OOB PK3 students last year, so you might get in. Or not. Have you considered Langley? I think that is in the sweet spot this year-- on the rise, but still a solid chance of getting in.
