And "healthy" is difficult. You can be overwhelmed on semester, or have ADHD all your life. Both can impact your grades.
The bottom line is that given the current educational standards, we should all expect our kids to get straight As. Sometimes that doesn't work out all the time, but these should be the exception.
It's a far cry from when I went to school in Europe, and As were exceptional, Bs were pretty good, and Cs were the average!
