Mine too. OP, are you submitting claims online? They usually send you a notification when they receive the claim and then send you another one when they process it. I've never had to wait more than a week for my claims to be paid.

I would keep up with the grievance process, but in the meantime, file every claim anew. And do it online, where it can be tracked and you will get instant confirmation of receipt.
