My kids went in early elem and we had a great experience. It is a very family friendly environment and with such a low number of students, many people know each other. I feel like our kids got a solid foundation with very caring teachers and staff.

I took a tour and though the reviews have been solid, I can't say I was that impressed by my tour. Granted, we toured when the students were gone so it was difficult for me to envision if my very shy daughter would be able to thrive socially without seeing the student population. The facilities are on the older side, but everything seemed clean...just dark. Very dark. I'm used to light and airy. All that aside, the information that was shared seemed impressive, but without having enough word of mouth suggestions, it was too much of a gamble for me to sign her up. Additionally, it is totally out of my way location-wise so we decided to go in a different direction.

I know this isn't a very detailed answer, but for what it's worth, I hope it helps.

I do not see much about this school, but I have been assured by some that I will be impressed. Anyone tour yet? How are the facilities? What schools do the kids go to after graduation?

New Hope hired a new high school English teacher over the summer. Now they're looking for a new one, immediately. Anyone know the story? They've had 5 or 6 people in this spot since I moved to PG in 2010.
