There are several online companies that will print books. I had DH's dissertation made into a hard cover book.

My son wrote a book at school for National Write a Book Month and if you met your goal you got it published free thru Amazon. It came out pretty nice. I don't have any info on it though so you will have to google Amazon publishing or similar.

I believe that Politics and Prose in Washington DC has a machine for self publishing. No idea of cost. Worth checking out. That book will be a treasured keepsake for you and her.

You can do it in Blurb. Much more text oriented.

My child wrote a fan fiction type novel. Its about 50 pages in Word. I thought it would be fun to get it printed up for her for Xmas and also to send to her cousins that are fans of the same thing. Obviously I'm not going to sell it or anything. I started to try to do it in shutterfly, but it was absolutely impossible to import in that much text -- I'd have to cut and paste and reformat each paragraph. Does anyone have a not too expensive and easy way to do this? I've seen self-publishing websites, but they are much more complex that what I need. I just want to be able to paste in the text, maybe insert one or two pictures, and then have it delivered. Thanks for any ideas!
