Persil! Smells so much cleaner than any Tide.

I love Persil, my daughter loves some Melaueuca stuff I got but that's a rabbit hole I'd rather stay out of.

I don't have any skin issues but my husband does. I wash his clothes and sheets in Tide free and gentle. I do throw a Bounce in the dryer.

I love the smell of detergent but I developed an allergy - so sad! Now it's unscented for me.

I loved Gain, Kirkland, the laundry booster scents- loved them all.

Purple or yellow bottle?

Dreft. Started using it when I had my first baby and just kept on going.

I love all of these suggestions, but do you worry that at of the chemicals may be harmful? Are Method, Mrs. Meyers, etc., any safer? If so, are there scents you like?

I use Tide pods with febreze, Downy washer sprinkles, bounce.

THE best smelling is Gain pods, Gain scent booster for the washer and Gain dryer sheets. The smell lasts long.

Tide pods work well and smell fresh. The scent is not cloying.

Tide Febreze and the new Tide Honey Lavender are my favorites.

I love persil and tide. Something about regular blue tide that just takes me back to my childhood, before this shit mattered. Now I use all free and clear out of social pressure but every once in awhile I throw caution to the wind and buy the bright blue chemical ridden liquid and enjoy!

I like the purple Gain bottle. I just bought Persil and it smells amazing as well.

What's your favorite smell-good laundry detergent?

I've been using unscented Ecos forever. Last month I stayed at an Airbnb that had really terrific-smelling Tide detergent pods. I've tried to stay away from mainstream brands because of all of the harsh chemicals. And I know synthetic fragrances are harmful. But I loooooced having clothes that smelled so nice.

Advice/suggestions?

Thanks!
