Absolutely! He's my best friend, always speaks proudly of me, he's a wonderful father and after many years we still have a very active love life. And, he's been incredibly successful in his business career providing us with a life I never expected to live. And, he loves my mother!

I thought I was. Turns out he's the opposite.

So nice to read after all the crappy husband threads!!! Mine does too for the most part but when I read those complaining ones - I start fixating on the negatives as well. Mine is smart, polite and works his tail off. And listens

Yes! He's one of the most creative people I've ever met. He designed and built by hand an old-school arcade box. He makes me laugh every day--has done so since our first date. He takes his work very seriously and does his best, but also knows how to set boundaries. He appreciates me for my kindness and my brain most of all. He adores our kids and is a wonderful father (biggest sign of that was when he watched a buddy's then two and three year olds all day while the friend and his wife were in the hospital having their third).

Very book smart but caves to his boss, clients, parents, strangers and even nanny all the time. I swear everything is last place except the persona he desires where everyone likes him and he never wants to rock the boat.

Never played sports either, believes that by being very kind and working hard, good things will happen. Kind of refreshing yet very naive and has cost us money at most purchase negotiations and even at his job.

Definitely! He has a respectable, stable job that he is good at, and I am so proud of him. He has good relationships with his family and treats his mom really well. He makes me feel special not by showering me with gifts and money but by doing sweet little things, like compliments and affection. He is very helpful around the house without me even having to ask. Not to mention he's sexy as hell to me. I really feel lucky.

Cooks, cleans, builds things, fixes things, great father, best husband, cares about me, loves me and that ain't easy because I'm very sick. He has never once told anyone I spend all of his money like some husbands do. He also doesn't expect anything of me I don't expect of myself. He has manners too. Alpha male.

He was humble, honest, and had the shyest laugh(still does, it is the sexiest thing ever). He did my laundry every weekend when we were dating even though we did not live together.
He made me eggs, bacon and toast every Sunday for me. He kept every receipt and checked every expense at the end of the month. I was born cheap and so a man who managed his money well was very important to me.
