OP asked about single moms, not just divorced moms. If you are a certain age, you might know that somewhere between 40-50% of single moms have never been married. I'm not sure what your issue is with McLean, but realistically given how expensive it is to live there it is going to have more high and dual-income families than most places, both of which are correlated with low divorce rates.

This question just made me think "Single Parents Alone Together! All for one and one for all!"

LOTs of single parents in "divorce camp" - the apartments in Clarendon right above Circa (the restaurant). No idea what the rent is but it's zoned for Key/Science Focus?Jamestown/Taylor.
