I was intrigued by Season 1, LOVED Season 2, and found Season 3 unfocused and depressing, without enough of the transcendent moments that kept me watching in Season 2 (dancing in the nightclub/the bowling alley scene).

I found it completely lackluster. I feel like it was about the characters being lost and that translated into a purposeless season.

It could be that the entire universe was distracted by the election, but it seems to me that the third season of Transparent has zero buzz, unlike the previous two.

I enjoyed the previous seasons, but five episodes in, season 3 is leaps and bounds better.

Anyone else watching this?
