Those schools can pick and choose which students they want.... and leave the hard cases back in the public school system. Ultimately, vouchers are a way to use tax dollars to fund religious and other private schools. The research indicates that those schools do not have better outcomes.
It's always about using the gov. money to fund certain industries.
