I like the Lab Rescue for labs and the Mid Atlantic German Shepherd Rescue (MAGSR) for german shepherds.

What breed? I'm into border collies. There is blue ridge border collie rescue and mid Atlantic border collie rescue both within an hour of D.C.

Not useful unless you want a bc though...
