Sudan has one of the toughest anti-terror programs in Africa. We have a really poor political relationship with them, but a very close CT relationship. North Korea? Really?

This list would have to include Saudia Arabia, too, right? But who honestly thinks Trump would allow that to happen, given his Saud business ties? (He's got that enterprise going in Jeddah.) Can't you see one of his Saudi business partners calling him up and saying WTF, and then Trump taking them off the list?

And what about France? And what about Turkey? They're also a NATO ally. Not wise to piss them off.
