We are like we thinking Greenbriar or Wintergreen for winter break trip. We like to ski and are beginners so don't need amazing conditions but i think that is too early in season for skiing? So what winter activities do they have with or without snow? We like family activities, rather than kids club + spa options (we tend to hike together, love the pool and beach, ropes courses, etc). We're thinking about a winter weekend with a bunch of families & kids. Want to rent a big house somewhere--- but where would you go? Not a lot of skiiers and we want to be closer than Deep Creek.
