This is what I was thinking.

Both locations are loud, but if I had to choose I'd say the one in the West End is slightly quieter. I also think that whether Rasika is romantic depends on what your definition is ... but no, it's not quiet with out-of-the-way tables in dark corners. But it's kind of sexy and has good lighting. If you have the right company, any place can be romantic.

Have to echo what others have said. Rasika just isn't a romantic restaurant and while it can be a bit more cozy depending on where you're seated, it's not a restaurant I'd recommend for someone looking for that romantic ambiance.

I don't think Rasika is a romantic restaurant. Definitely not the PQ location, which is loud and can be drafty.

Not sure either are particularly romantic. Food is good though!

I liked west end better but maybe because we had a nice booth. At PQ we were in the middle right near the door and it was very noisy.
