I've used it to work on daytime flights. A bit better then dial-up, but at least I had a connection. Agree with PP about complaints - do it if nesc, and see what you get in return.

Call customer service when you get home, they'll either give you a refund or send you a bunch of coupons

This is literally the only site I can get to load. Annoying. Can't even google anything.

I just paid for wifi on my flight and funny enough, this is one of the only websites I can actually get to load. Email, google, gmail, Facebook messenger... All of those are getting errors that the connection isn't private and won't work. Is it always this way?
