They told me first day if full bleed is day one.

My nurse told me if it came after noon to count the next day as Day 1.

I've always heard if it starts after 8 PM on Monday, count Tuesday as Day 1.

If your period Comes super late at night does that count as day one and the next morning day two for starting?
