I'm a flaming progressive, and none of my FB posts or friends' FB posts include this image. Most indicated she was not to be body shamed, slut-shamed, or sexuality-shamed at all for any reason. When you choose to live in the public eye, you'd better be ready for lots of sh1t coming your way. Every politician and their spouse has had to deal with it. If she never wanted to be in the public eye, then she can take that up with her husband for choosing to run for political office.
