Where will you be staying?

Have a conference coming up in Phoenix next month. Will be with some fun co-workers and we will likely try to hit some fun restaurant or bar one night. We are an over 40 crowd, mix of men/women, so looking for something to suit everyone...any ideas on some fun places?
