Yes. One thing in common for Yale, Penn Brown etc. are they are relatively weak in engineering/technology/computer science (maybe not so much in pure sciences). One reason Stanford has gained so much and is (sometimes) considered to be the best university over Harvard since Harvard is week in engineering/technology/computer science. Technology/engineering will play even more of a role for the future universities.
