- Reinstate a five-year ban to prevent executive branch officials from lobbying after they leave office and prevent an executive action from lifting it.
- Introduce a similar five-year ban on former members of Congress from lobbying after ending government service.
- Expand the definition of lobbyists and close loopholes that allow former government officials to label themselves as consultants and advisers. [Example: John Podesta, Cheryl Mills, Donna Brazile (not sure she was in the government or not), and other HRC's close allies all own their own consulting firms.]
- Lifetime ban on senior executive branch officials lobbying on behalf of a foreign government.
- Campaign finance reform that prevents registered foreign lobbyists from raising money in American elections and politics. [Example: Jennifer Palmieri from HRC campaign, "Take the money !!!" when discussing whether to take money from foreign agents]

They can still lobby. They just can not donate to political candidates like they are doing it right now supporting Hillary. How is this not constitutional?

That would require an amendment. People that cry for term limits should just accept that it will never happen.

Term limits don't prevent politicians from holding power. They just jump from one office to another. Term limits do, however, constrain voters from re-electing good leaders. They also make freshman politicians much more reliant on lobbyists and career staffers who have the institutional knowledge. And you as a voter can't fire them.
Just make sure you are an educated voter. And the rest will take care if itself.
