It's really not about you, it's about her. Is she a woman who doesn't think it expect much of men? Is she scared to be alone? Does she care more about the appearance of a happy home than actual happiness? Does she have a high tolerance for bullshit? Are her values such that she believes an intact home is better for children No Matter What?
Of course there are tons of examples where a woman is willing to forgive her spouses mistake because he is a great guy otherwise and she understands he made a mistake, and other examples where a guy is too good to leave, but that doesn't sound like you, so you should just bank on a woman too scared or proud to leave.

And they won't listen to good advice either. I know LOTS of women who behave like this, and what disappoints me the most about them is that they are otherwise highly educated, even "bossy" women.

It's not about being a guy who can get away with it. It's about finding someone who will tolerate it and/or having a codependent relationship.
I know at least one example of a woman who stayed with a cheater who wasn't very attractive, became unemployed, and frittered away his savings.
There was nothing about him that screamed "a guy who can get away with it." But she was desperate enough/codependent enough/scared enough to stay versus being alone and on her own.
Do you really want that kind of relationship, though? The real question is why do you want to be able to cheat?

I've always seen a shitload of posts from women on this forum over the years about staying and/or forgiving their husbands cheating and having an affair. I don't think I've been in a relationship where I could get away with it - probably because I always dated women who are economically/educationally similar or higher than me.
Is the key to date/be with a woman who is way below your league or am I just not attractive enough to be forgiven?
