Because Liberala in this area are some of the most intolerant people I have ever met.

I'd say it's 50/50. McLean and Arlington are very blue, while Great Falls is more red. I think the school has gotten more Liberal with Dr. Scully. She's brought a DC feel to the environment.

We've had mock elections in the past but I doubt we'll do one this time around. Too controversial.

We've found the school to be very accepting of diversity of all kinds- ethnic, religious, cultural, experience. It's been a very good experience for both of our kids.

Wait, Little Langley is a preschool-8th grade right? Are they teaching partisan politics to PK kids or what. How is a Kindergarten class majority republican or democrat? And if they hold a mock election, even precocious preschoolers probably aren't fully up on the candidates positions on key issues.

DS goes to Langley and we are Democrats. 30-40 percent Democrat at the school in my estimation.
