One day isn't the end of the world. I'd focus on a system to help her remember to take her meds.

My sister who is extremely ADHD, she can never find her car keys. Although she's quite successful professionally, she's not medicated and has probably spent half of her adult like searching for them. I too am ADHD and I had this problem too early on. I hung up a key rack and I hang up my keys first thing when I come in the door. Same place, same time; it's now a well established habit.

I would text and ask her if she took her medicine. If she forgot and you can take it to her why not?

My DD is a senior in high school. She has ADHD and takes adderall to control it. I come downstairs and noticed she left her pills in the kitchen table. I am not sure if I should text her she at school. And ask her if she wants to go to school to give her medicine or what.
