Even the most devoutly religious people acknowledge that there is myth in the Bible. Do you really think Jonah lived in a whale? That there was a talking donkey?

"morals" was one of the issues OP was interested in addressing and fables and myths are full of morals. "Spirituality' is also mentioned in the title and there is plenty of that in mythology
