You can also tell him that as soon as he shaves, the regrowth will be much more noticeable! He might want to wait another year or two.
The regrowth is exactly why I thought about waxing as a stop-gap solution for the next year. But another poster has already said no to waxing. Any other thoughts on this? To be clear, yes DS is definitely bothered by the budding mustache but is also not dying to shave and sees it as a pain in the neck to avoid as long as possible. (We have talked about it.)
