In what context? Preschool or daycare?

What's the difference?

professionalism, education level, licensure, and training of staff.

You think preschools are inferior on all these fronts? That seems a bit harsh. I am sure some stand alone preschools match what is provided to my 4 year old in a facility that also cares for infants, so would be called a daycare.

It honest. I like that in a school. Don't sugar coat it. Hopefully that means they are honest about other things as well. To me, it's a good characteristic to display and I like the school for it.

Yeah very odd. Every school has them but odd word choice especially on a tour to new parents?

Odd and unfortunate word choice. I'd follow up and ask what she meant and for an example.

It's a weird choice of words, but every preschool will have a couple troublemakers. I'd still definitely weigh more heavily how the teachers interacted with the kids while you were there.

It's not a great word to use when referring to preschoolers. I'm more used to hearing the word "spirited" when mentioning the children who require a lot of attention.

The director said D they have a few "troublemakers?" Not sure why it rubbed me the wrong way?
